Yin: Sink deep into stillness as  yin yoga gently opens your body, creating space in both tissue and mind.

Sound Healing: Let healing sounds of singing bowls and Indian chimes wash over you. 

 

A sacred fusion of gentle movement and sound medicine invites you to melt into the present moment.

Suitable for all levels, a slow practice where poses are held for a few minutes.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing 

Be guided through a full-body relaxation technique that makes you feel like you're melting away, think of it as a deep conscious nap. As you're melting, experience the magic of healing soundscapes. 

No experience is required, lay or sit comfortably and allow me to guide you.
